This group-based programme, led by licensed X-Pert Health educators, takes a holistic approach to weight management. Each 90-minute session will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to take control of your health. You'll learn how to make dietary and lifestyle changes that work for you, with a focus on:

  • Understanding your relationship with food and how to change behaviours.
  • Learning the impact of different food groups on weight loss and maintenance.
  • Exploring how stress and sleep affect your weight.
  • Making sustainable changes to your eating habits and physical activity.

This approach is also essential for the safe and effective use of weight loss medication and helps patients achieve and maintain their weight loss goals.

“It helped me to reassess my lifestyle choices, my food intake, from that I was able to loose 6 stone!”

Rob, Weight and Wellbeing participant

“The benefits that I have seen include more energy, not feeling hungry or feeling the need to snack, not falling asleep in the afternoon or evening when sitting down.”
