We’re proud to deliver high-quality, Swim England accredited swimming lessons at Dimensions Leisure Centre, Fenton Manor Sports Complex and New Horizons Leisure Centre.

Whether you're a parent looking to build your child’s confidence in the water or an adult wanting to improve your strokes, our lessons are designed to be inclusive, progressive, and fun.
Lessons are delivered in a 10‑week block costing £78, with one 30‑minute session each week, payable at time of booking. You’ll also get access to our Home Portal to track progress and manage bookings. All adults and children enrolled on swimming lessons also benefit from free public swimming at their lesson site during the course, plus 50% off entry for up to two accompanying adults and two siblings.
Baby and toddler lessons
The Swim England Pre‑School Framework is an enjoyable, child‑centred programme for children aged around 3 months to 5 years, designed to build water confidence, safety and core swimming skills through two main stages.
Swim England - Discovery Duckling (6-35 months) – these lessons are designed for babies and toddlers aged 6 - 35 months and are perfect for early water introduction.
Swim England - Duckling Awards – these lessons are designed for children aged 3 to 5 years and are great for developing independence.

Beginners and Improvers
The Swim England Learn to Swim Programme guides learners aged 5years+ on a structured journey from their first splash to confident swimming. Across Stages 1–7 of the Learn to Swim Framework, your child will build water safety knowledge, essential aquatic skills and stroke development.

Intermediate and Advanced
The Swim England Swimming Challenge Awards are four progressive awards; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Honours. They build on the Learn to Swim Stages 1–7, challenging swimmers’ stamina, stroke technique and aquatic skills while focusing on efficiency and performance.

Adult lessons
The Swim England Adult Swimming Framework is a four‑stage programme for those aged 16 years+, supporting adults of all abilities to build confidence, improve safety awareness and refine swimming technique.
Whether starting out or enhancing existing skills, the framework focuses on breathing, stroke progression and stamina in a welcoming supportive environment.
