Parkinson's 100 - Living Well with Parkinson's
Find support and information at Parkinson's 100, a World Parkinson's Day event on Friday 11 April. We welcome individuals living with Parkinson's, their carers, and loved ones.
A key theme of the event, will be to showcase the importance and benefits of remaining physically active as well as providing opportunities for participants to engage with a range of other important services.
This event is one of many exciting celebrations as part of the centenary programme of events recognising Stoke-on-Trent’s 100 years of strength, kindness and creativity as a city.

- Activity Taster Sessions: Experience a variety of instructor-led activities, including Tai Chi, Adapted Yoga, Martial Arts, Table Tennis, Walking Tennis, Walking Cricket, soft Archery, Indoor Kurling, seated and low intensity exercise. Find an activity you enjoy and discover the benefits of staying active.
- Market Zone: Connect with organisations offering vital support and information. Explore services related to social engagement, carer support, healthcare access, and financial assistance.
- Noreen's Café: Relax and socialise at Noreen's Café, offering drinks and light meals. It's the perfect space to connect with others and share experiences.
