You qualify for a Lifestyle Pass if you live in Stoke-on-Trent, pay your Council Tax to Stoke-on-Trent City Council and get one or more of the qualifying criteria below.

The Active Stoke Lifestyle Card eligibility criteria is:
- Working tax credit
- Council tax reduction
- Youth training schemes
- Over 60 years of age
- Registered blind or deaf
- Foster carer
- Universal credit
- Child tax credit
- Housing benefit
- Income support
- Carers allowance
- Full time students
- Personal independence payment (PIP)
- Income-based Jobseekers Allowance (JSA)
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Armed Forces Personnel and families living at the same address
How to apply:
To apply for an Active Stoke Lifestyle Pass, visit one of our leisure centres and speak to a team member. You will need to provide the following documents:
- Proof of your address such as utility bill, bank statement, driving licence
- Proof of qualifying eligibility criteria (please see the list above)
How and where:
Once approved, you will be able to use your new Active Stoke Lifestyle card at:
- Dimensions Leisure Centre, Burlsem
- Fenton Manor Sports Complex, Fenton
- The Wallace Sport and Education Centre, Abbey Hulton
