Active You Staying Stronger for Longer is a 26-week exercise programme designed to help you:
- Develop better balance and strength
- Reduce your risk of falls
- Increase your confidence and independence
The programme includes:
- Initial screening and physical assessment
- 60-minute group exercise sessions (seated or standing options available)
- Expert guidance from trained Postural Stability Instructors
- Informative sessions on fall prevention and overall wellbeing
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
