Delivered in partnership between Port Vale Foundation and the Stoke-on-Trent City Council Leisure and Wellbeing Service

Starts Monday 27 January | 1.30pm - 2.30pm

Improve your strength and balance, reduce your risk of falls – for FREE!

  • Concerned about falling?
  • Looking to improve your strength and balance?

Active You Staying Stronger for Longer is a 26-week exercise programme designed to help you:

  • Develop better balance and strength
  • Reduce your risk of falls
  • Increase your confidence and independence

The programme includes:

  • Initial screening and physical assessment
  • 60-minute group exercise sessions (seated or standing options available)
  • Expert guidance from trained Postural Stability Instructors
  • Informative sessions on fall prevention and overall wellbeing

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
