October Holiday Club at Active Stoke

Keep the kids active, entertained, and smiling this October half term, Monday 26 October - Friday 30 October 2026.

Join us at Fenton Manor Sports Complex for the Active Stoke October Half Term Holiday Club, packed with exciting activities including swimming float sessions, a swimming inflatable session, bouncy castles, inflatable fun, glow sports, sports activities, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures and a fantastic Halloween Party.

Our experienced and friendly team provide a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment where children can stay active, learn new skills, make friends and have lots of fun throughout the week.

Times:

9:00am to 3:30pm daily


Pricing:

  • Standard Days: £20 per child, per day Thursday
  • Adventure Day: £30 per child (includes transport and activities at Stanley Head)

What's on:

  • Monday: Swimming floats session, glow sports, team games, and crafts
  • Tuesday: Pool inflatable session, multi-sports, and team challenges
  • Wednesday: Swimming floats session, sports, and spooky Halloween crafts
  • Thursday*: Stanley Head trip featuring archery, climbing, pond dipping, team building challenges and outdoor adventures 
  • Friday: Halloween party day featuring fancy dress, games, competitions, and party fun

(Note: Additional sports like tennis, padel, and cricket run subject to coach availability. Daily activities may shift slightly based on weather or operational needs.)

* Additional charge for Stanley Head trip 


What to bring

Every day:

  • Packed lunch and refillable water bottle
  • Comfortable sports clothing and trainers
  • Clearly labelled medication (if required)

Swimming days (Mon, Tue, Wed):

  • Swimwear, towel, and bag for wet kit (goggles optional)

Thursday outdoor trip:

  • Waterproof coat and weather-appropriate outdoor clothes and shoes

Note: Places are strictly first-come, first-served. Your place is only secured once forms and payment are completed.

Who can attend?

The Holiday Club is open to children aged 5 to 11 years.

Can I book individual days?

Yes. Parents and carers can book individual days or multiple days, subject to availability.

Does my child need to bring lunch?

Yes. Children must bring a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle each day.

When does my child need swimming kit?

Swimming kit is required on:

  • Monday (Swimming Floats Session)
  • Tuesday (Swimming Inflatable Session)
  • Wednesday (Swimming Floats Session)

Are activities suitable for all abilities?

Yes. Activities are designed to be inclusive and accessible for children of varying abilities.

What if my child has medical conditions, dietary requirements or additional needs?Please include details on the booking request form and provide full information on the registration forms so we can support your child appropriately.
Is my child's place confirmed when I submit the booking request form?

No. The booking request form is an expression of interest only. Places are confirmed once registration forms have been completed and payment has been received.

Are places limited?

Yes. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
