Mental Health Awareness Week 2026: Take Action

Image showing a yoga session promoting taking action for Mental Health Awareness Week

Join us for a week of movement, mindfulness, and community. This year, we aren't just talking about mental health, we’re taking active steps to support it.

Ready to take Action for your wellbeing?

An important reminder to check in with ourselves and take care of our minds as well as our bodies.

We have a selection of movement, mindfulness, and community connection across our Active Stoke leisure centres (11–17 May).

The Colour of Your Mood
