Our 12‑week Health and Wellbeing membership offers personalised support for individuals living with underlying medical conditions or those who have recently completed one of our specialist wellbeing programmes. It’s designed to help you build confidence, improve your health, and enjoy being active in a safe, friendly and fully supported environment.
This membership is ideal if you’re looking to manage an existing condition, enhance your overall wellbeing, stay active, and take part in gentle, low‑impact activities that suit your needs.
We offer a wide range of low-intensity classes designed for all abilities, including seated exercise, walking pace sports, active dance sessions and more, all led by specialist Health and Wellbeing Coaches.
This is a great way to ease into activity, improve mobility, and connect with others in a friendly, supportive environment.
Low intensity classes are available as pay as you go, or included in your gym membership.
