A vibrant, inclusive destination in the north of Stoke-on-Trent, offering a fantastic mix of activities and facilities for all ages and abilities. Whether you're here to get active, unwind, or enjoy time with family and friends, we’ve got everything you need under one roof.
Our modern gym is fully equipped with over 70 stations, including cardio machines, resistance equipment, and free weights, perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced fitness enthusiasts. If you enjoy working out with others, our dedicated group exercise studio hosts a wide range of classes each week to keep you motivated and moving.
Families love our exciting Fantasy Pool, featuring swirling rapids and the iconic dragon slide (subject to availability), a favourite for kids and adults alike. It’s the perfect place to splash, play, or simply relax.
For younger visitors, our indoor Play Tower is a must-visit.! Packed with fun features, it’s a safe and stimulating soft play area where children can climb, crawl, and explore while parents relax nearby.
We also offer gymnastics lessons in our spacious, purpose-built arena, ideal for beginners looking to build confidence, coordination, and new skills in a supportive environment.
Our Sensory Room provides a calming, multi-sensory space designed to support individuals with additional needs. It’s a peaceful environment for relaxation, sensory development, and inclusive play.
And for sports lovers, our floodlit 3G pitches offer a high-quality, all-weather surface for football training, matches, and casual games, available year-round for players of all ages and abilities.

Monday to Friday 6.15am - 9.00pm (Last entry to gym 8.30pm)
Saturday and Sunday 7.15am – 6.00pm (Last entry to gym 5.30pm)
