National Fitness Day is on Wednesday 24 September, and this year's theme is "Powered by you!" To celebrate, Dimensions Leisure Centre is hosting a special Open Day Event on Saturday 27 September.
Join us for a day packed with free classes, exclusive offers, and fun challenges for the whole family. It's our way of celebrating the power of your fitness journey and inspiring you to stay active.
Exclusive Open Day Offers
We've got something for everyone.
- New Members that join on the day will get 10% off their membership including the Global plan (which is all three lesiure centres)
- Already a Member? Refer a friend who signs up, and you'll get a FREE month added to your membership.
- FREE Gym visit available for all guests.
Taster Class Schedule
We will have the following taster sessions running throughout the day,
Studio
- 9-10am: Stretch n Tone with Gail
- 11-12pm: Chair Based with Mandy
- 12:30-1pm: Circuit with Joe
Spin Studio
- 10-10:45am: Spin with Jenny
- 1pm-1:45pm: Spin
Swimming Lessons
- 4:30-5pm: New Swimmers (ages 3-5)
- 5-5:30pm: New Swimmers (ages 6-9)
- 5:30-6pm: Confident Swimmers (ages 3-5)
- 6-6:30pm: Confident Swimmers (ages 6-9)
Save on Swims: Sign up for Swimming Lessons on the day and get a 10% discount off your first block of lessons.
Leisure Swims
We're offering a 10% discount on all leisure swims on Saturday 27 September. Please note, spaces are limited and must be booked in person or by phone starting one week before the event. You cannot book these online or through the app.
Challenges
Think you're a champion? Prove it and win.
- Adults: The SkiErg SPRINT! See how many meters you can rack up in 30 seconds. The top two finishers will each win a FREE 1-month membership!
- Kids: The Pumpkin Hold. The child who can hold a pumpkin at shoulder height the longest wins. The top two winners will each win four tickets to our Halloween Blood Pool Party!
