Back by popular demand and now offered during the day, our 6-week menopause support programme is returning in the new year.
Are you experiencing the transition of menopause? You're not alone! Join our supportive 6-week programme designed to empower women at all stages of menopause.
Led by qualified Health & Wellbeing Coaches Ange Pepper & Mandy Wallace, this programme provides a safe and welcoming environment to discuss your experiences and learn practical strategies for managing symptoms and promoting long-term health.
You'll Gain:
- Expert guidance: Gain valuable information and advice on managing emotional well-being during menopause.
- Holistic approach: Learn lifestyle and behavioural modifications to improve heart health, bone health, and pelvic health. We'll even offer optional practical exercise sessions!
- Nutritional support: Discover strategies for weight management and healthy eating habits to optimise your well-being.
- Stress reduction techniques: Learn practical coping mechanisms to manage stress and improve sleep quality.
- Post-programme support: Access to a specialised 12-week Health & Wellbeing subscription for continued exercise and support after the programme (details provided by your coach).

- Dates: every Thursday, starting Thursday 09 January (6 consecutive weeks)
- Time: 6:00 - 7:00PM
- Location: Fenton Manor Sports Complex
- Cost: £30 per person (full payment required at enrolment)
- Format: Group sessions, 60 minutes each
