Weight and Wellbeing 12-Week Programme

Are you looking to make a lasting change to your health? Our Award Winning Weight and Wellbeing Programme is back and ready to help you build a healthier relationship with food and weight.
This group-based programme, led by licensed X-Pert Health educators, takes a holistic approach to weight management. Each 90-minute session will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to take control of your health. You'll learn how to make dietary and lifestyle changes that work for you, with a focus on:
- Understanding your relationship with food and how to change behaviours.
- Learning the impact of different food groups on weight loss and maintenance.
- Exploring how stress and sleep affect your weight.
- Making sustainable changes to your eating habits and physical activity.
This approach is also essential for the safe and effective use of weight loss medication and helps patients achieve and maintain their weight loss goals.

Programme Details
Cost: £45 for the full 12-week programme, which includes a comprehensive handbook, taster sessions for physical activity, and expert support.
Venue: Fenton Manor Sports Complex, City Road, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2RR
Course Options:
- Daytime Course: Starts weekly on Wednesdy's from Wednesday 10 September | 10:30am to 12pm.
- Evening Course: Starts weekly on Thursday's from Thursday 18 September | 6:30pm to 8pm.
Eligibility & Enrolment
This programme is for adults 18 and over. It may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have a diagnosed eating disorder, or are receiving medical treatment for insulin-dependent diabetes or a complex gastric condition. If you have any concerns, please consult with your doctor before enrolling.
