Staffordshire Space Summer 2025
Free activities for 8-17 year-olds during school holidays.
The Space scheme is funded and co-ordinated by the Staffordshire Commissioner’s Office to provide an opportunity for Staffordshire Police and partners to engage with young people who may be going through a difficult time to help nurture, support and develop them.
By bringing together public, voluntary and private sector organisations Space can offer support to 8-17 year-olds to help increase their skills, improve their health and wellbeing and create opportunities, while also aiming to reduce levels of anti-social behaviour.
As the Wellbeing and Leisure service providers for Stoke-on-Trent City Council we are proud to be one of the providers for this fantastic initiative.
We're offering the following to help you make the most of the summer holidays:
- 100 Six-week Global* Membership passes for ages 8-17, including:
- Leisure and fun swim sessions (age restrictions apply).
- Off-peak gym access 10am – 4pm | 14yrs to 17yrs (conditions apply)
- Free use of racket sport hire - squash, badminton, or table tennis (subject to availability).
To collect a Global membership pass please visit any Stoke-on-Trent City Council leisure centre and request a SPACE membership. There are only 100 memberships available and will be on a first come first serve basis, so be quick and don’t miss out!
* Global Membership gives you access to all centres: Dimensions, Fenton Manor and The Wallace Centre.
- 50 Family Passes for Dimensions Leisure Centre Fantasy Swims, each pass is valid for one family (2 adults, 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children). Additional children will require payment.
To collect a Fantasy Swim pass please visit Dimensions Leisure Centre reception and request a SPACE Family swim pass.

Don't miss the Space Launch at Hanley Park. This event is open to young people of all ages and takes place on Thursday 24 July from 11am to 3pm. Enjoy Hitmix Radio, a climbing wall, multi-sports, arts and crafts, aerial fitness, and an assault course!
