Caudwell Children’s Colour Runner
The Caudwell Children Colour Runner is a non-competitive fully accessible 5KM run/walk through Hanley Park developed as a fundraiser by and in support of Caudwell Children.

Timings:
- Event opens at 09:00am
- Warm up at 10:00am
- Paint throw at 10:20
- Colour Runner commences at 10:30am
- Event closes at 14:00
The event will see participants be covered in environmentally friendly powered paints at special paint stations located around the route.It is designed to encourage families and individuals of all ages to come together, have fund and raise vital funds for the charity.
The event is open to people of all ages and fitness levels, and is fully accessible to all, however participants under the age of 14 taking part in the Colour Runner must be accompanied by a paying adult.
The route will follow the same route which is used each Saturday for the 5KM Park Run which takes place at Hanley Park. This event has previously been held at Central Forest Park from 2015-2019 and we are reintroducing the event in Hanley Park for the charities 25th Anniversary and as part of Stoke on Trent Council's Centenary Celebrations.
Participants will register for the event online, via the Caudwell Children website, where contact details and a registration fee will be collected. Participants will be posted a running number and event details in advance and will check in at a registration desk on arrival. Runners are required to provide their contact number and emergency contact details on check in. Details on paint safety will be included in the pack to ensure that participants are prepared.
