Looking for a fun, active, and memorable way to celebrate your child’s big day? Our gymnastics-themed birthday parties are packed with energy, excitement, and plenty of time to play! Hosted in our dedicated gymnastics arena, children can enjoy games, obstacle courses, and free play on our world-class equipment, all under the supervision of our friendly, qualified coaches.

We are excited to launch our exciting new Gymnastics Parties. Our birthday package includes two qualified Gymnastics coaches who will lead your child and their friends throughout the party, adapting the skills to the needs and abilities of the children but also ensuring an action-packed celebration, filled with Gymnastic fun! Whilst this is taking place you are able to sit back and relax in our private viewing area.

What's included in your party package?

The base package covers up to 10 children for £200. Extra guests up to 25 at £10 each.
Your party will enjoy One hour in our Gymnastics Arena, led by two qualified gymnastics coaches. They'll keep everyone entertained with games, skill-building activities, and plenty of fun using all our equipment.
45 minutes in your private party room. This is the perfect space for cake and celebrations. You're welcome to bring your own food, plates and decorations to personalise the party.
One hour on the Play Tower, making the total party time 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Juice and water for all.
Invitations incl. upon request.

Important details:

Food and Staff: Please note, food and party room staff are not provided, so you're welcome to bring your own catering and decorations to make it extra special!
Easy Booking: Secure your date with a 50% deposit. We kindly ask for at least 4 weeks' advance notice to ensure we can accommodate your party.
Our parties are ideal for pre-schoolers up to 12 years old.
We have a viewing area with seating where adults can relax and escape the noise while still keeping an eye on the fun.

Booking times:

Saturdays – 2:00-4:45pm, 3:15-6:00pm.
Sundays – 3:30- 6:15pm.

Our friendly team will be on hand to help and you’re welcome to use our on-site equipment or bring in extra entertainment to make the day truly special.

Food and Catering

Parties are self-catering only, but we provide a kitchen area with hot and cold water for your convenience.

Important information

Children over 8: Minimum of 2 supervising adults
Children under 8: 1 adult per 3 children
All staff are DBS checked, and a qualified first aider will be on site at all times.

Holiday activities

Available to children aged 5 to 16 years (including 4-year-old children enrolled in reception at Stoke-on-Trent schools) and primarily aimed at children who are eligible for free school meals, the sessions will include a range of physical activities, arts and crafts and exciting new experiences run by expert organisations including STEM activities. A healthy meal will also be provided for each attendee.

Affordable court hire and membership options

Pay as you play

Court hire is just £4 per hour for a one-off booking.
Easy booking through the online portal — secure your slot with payment, then use the provided access PIN to enter the court.

Annual Passes (for frequent players)

If you play regularly, our membership options offer excellent value:

Adult Annual Pass — £35 for 12 months, giving access to up to 7 court-hours per week.
Household Annual Pass (up to 2 adults + 4 children) — £50 for 12 months, under the same weekly hour allowance.
Concessions — Discounted rates available for eligible individuals (e.g. those with a “Stoke Active Lifestyle” card).

These pricing structures ensure tennis stays accessible — whether you’re booking occasionally or playing often.

Where we are and what to expect

We maintain courts at six major parks across Stoke-on-Trent: including Hanley Park, Bucknall Park, Burslem Park, Longton Park (Queen’s Park), Mount Pleasant Park, Fenton and Tunstall Park (Victoria Park). Courts have been refurbished — resurfaced, repainted and fitted with new nets, fencing and gates.

Booking is simple and flexible, and the network of parks means there’s likely a court near you.

We Do Tennis

We Do Tennis are a Community Interest Company working with Stoke-on-Trent City Council to help get more people playing tennis in the area – through court booking, coaching, Free Park Tennis, tournaments and any other way of getting rackets in hands.
